Launch of Fan Sonar AI Product
AI and data analytics solution facilitates social media analytics to support client growth
Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC (AIM: PR1, OTC: PRIAF), the AI, data and marketing services group, is pleased to announce the launch of Fan Sonar, the next generation of the Company’s core product portfolio, which delivers customers an AI social listening tool across all major social media channels to monitor brand impact across over 100 million online sources.
Fan Sonar is an enhanced tool which enriches the results of social listening with AI to improve automated analytics and efficiency of platform management for businesses. The solution integrates seamlessly with customer social media feeds to train the AI models using the customer’s own data, alongside millions of online sources to provide accurate, contextualised insights to businesses on customer engagement. Unlike traditional social monitoring software, Fan Sonar harnesses improved AI analytics to identify emotion, buying intent and sentiment in close to real time, while also providing topic grouping and influencer identification. Results are intended to be queryable using AI with Capitano for cross channel brand awareness to analyse critical tracking data and conversations at a level not available through comparable solutions on the market.
The launch of Fan Sonar gives Pri0r1ty the ability to win a fraction of the $7.6 bn social listening industry, combining contextual data with enhanced AI analytics. By offering an affordable Software as a Service (SaaS) product to customers in what is predominantly an expensive and complex area for businesses, Pri0r1ty is continuing its mission to support SME growth with cost effective, data driven tools at scale.
Fan Sonar is being rolled out immediately to users and can be launched with historical social data for up to 10 years on a customer’s brand (where available).
