[Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC (AIM: PR1, OTC: PRIAF)](https://www.investegate.co.uk/announcement/rns/pri0r1ty-intelligence-group-plc--pr1/appointment-of-interim-cfo/9739929) has appointed **Graham Duncan as Interim Chief Financial Officer and director, effective** **1 September 2026**.

Duncan replaces **Daniel Maling**, who will step down as CFO but remain on the board as a **Non-Executive Director**.

A Chartered Accountant, Duncan brings more than **25 years of experience in corporate finance, financial reporting and capital markets**, including senior CFO, Finance Director and board-level roles.

Since 2013, he has run a consultancy advising private and listed growth companies on transactions, reporting and capital markets activity. His current roles include Non-Executive Chairman of RentGuarantor Holdings, Director of Chill Brands, Non-Executive Director of Quantum Helium, and non-board CFO positions at Aterian and BSF Enterprise.

He previously worked in Mazars’ Capital Markets division and has advised on IPOs, fundraisings and strategic transactions, including Allied Gold Corporation’s US$267 million financing and HeiQ’s £60 million London listing.

Chairman **Marcus Yeoman** said Duncan’s experience would support Pri0r1ty as it focuses on expanding its customer base, improving commercial traction and progressing towards **cashflow positivity**.

Yeoman also thanked Maling for his contribution to the company’s 2024 listing, the acquisition of Halfspace in 2025 and the recent funding package supporting accelerated marketing, sales and product development.
