His current roles include Non-Executive Chairman of RentGuarantor Holdings, Director of Chill Brands, Non-Executive Director of Quantum Helium, and non-board CFO positions at Aterian and BSF Enterprise.\n\nHe previously worked in Mazars’ Capital Markets division and has advised on IPOs, fundraisings and strategic transactions, including Allied Gold Corporation’s US$267 million financing and HeiQ’s £60 million London listing.\n\nChairman **Marcus Yeoman** said Duncan’s experience would support Pri0r1ty as it focuses on expanding its customer base, improving commercial traction and progressing towards **cashflow positivity**.\n\nYeoman also thanked Maling for his contribution to the company’s 2024 listing, the acquisition of Halfspace in 2025 and the recent funding package supporting accelerated marketing, sales and product development."}
