Johnson says after the restructuring and refinancing earlier this year they’ve taken some big steps forwards with active operations in Botswana, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Tanzania.

Paul Johnson Executive Director commented: “Since the restructuring and refinancing approved by shareholders in February 2019 African Battery Metals plc, has taken multiple steps forward.

The Company now has active operational interests in Botswana, Cameroon, the DRC and Tanzania. Each project interest is seeing exploration work undertaken and is expected to deliver operational news to the market in the near future.

We are now marking the reinvigorated business with a new name which we feel reflects the new drive of the Company. With so much operational activity we are pushing hard towards our strategic objective of identifying large scale mineral deposits.

I would like to thank shareholders for their ongoing support and make the promise that we will continue to proactively drive Power Metal Resources forward in the pursuit of that first large scale discovery.”

The new website will be available at www.powermetalresources.com and enquiries may then be sent to info@powermetalresources.com.
