As at 30 June 2025, Utsi Electronics had gross assets of approximately £430,000 and recorded a pre-tax loss of around £464,000 for the year ended on that date.\n\nCompletion of the transaction is conditional on approval under the UK’s National Security and Investment Act 2021.
