Physiomics plc (AIM: PYC), a leading mathematical modelling, data science and biostatistics company supporting the development of new therapeutics and personalised medicine solutions, announces that Ian Bagnall, Director of the Company, has acquired, via market purchases, 1,111,111 new ordinary shares of 0.4p in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 0.45p per Ordinary Share.
Accordingly, Mr Bagnall’s total holding in the Company will be 16,111,111 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.55% of the Company’s issued share capital.
