**Shareholder Update Meeting and Presentation**

**Petro Matad Limited (AIM: MATD)**, the AIM-quoted Mongolian oil explorer, today announces that the Company will be holding a shareholder update meeting and conference call followed by a Q&A session at 9:00am (GMT) on Tuesday 12th November 2019.

**Mike Buck, Chief Executive Officer**, will present an analysis of the 2019 drilling programme and provide an overview of the 2020 plans for Heron-1, following successful testing results.

**Attendance at the shareholder meeting**
