Panther Metals seeks Canadian stock exchange listing following £2.2 million fundraising

Panther Metals Plc (LON: PALM) has applied for a secondary listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), following the successful completion of its £2.2 million fundraising to support mineral exploration activities in Canada.

The London-listed exploration company confirmed it filed a preliminary non-offering prospectus dated 16 October 2026 with the Ontario Securities Commission, marking an important step toward establishing a presence on Canada’s public equity markets.

The proposed listing would provide Panther Metals with access to a wider pool of investors, particularly those specialising in mining and mineral exploration, while potentially improving trading liquidity for existing shareholders.

Panther’s shares will continue trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, with the Canadian listing intended to complement rather than replace its existing UK market presence.

The application follows the completion of a £2.22 million Canadian flow-through share financing, announced on 16 October, which strengthened the company’s financial position and enabled it to meet the financial requirements for the proposed listing.

Management believes the dual-market structure could provide additional opportunities to raise capital as Panther advances its Canadian mineral projects.

However, the Canadian listing remains subject to regulatory approval, including acceptance of the final prospectus by the Ontario Securities Commission and confirmation that the company satisfies the CSE’s initial listing requirements.

Panther cautioned that approval is not guaranteed and that a successful listing would not necessarily result in an active or liquid market for its shares.

Alongside the listing application, Panther Metals has prepared an updated NI 43-101 technical report for its Winston Lake Project in Ontario, dated 28 July 2026.

The project is located approximately 25 kilometres north of Schreiber and 145 kilometres northeast of Thunder Bay.

The report, prepared by professional geologists Mark Puumala and Andrew Tims, replaces an earlier version filed in May 2026 and provides technical disclosure prepared under Canadian mineral project reporting standards.

Both the preliminary prospectus and Winston Lake technical report will be available through Canada’s SEDAR+ regulatory filing system, with the technical report also accessible through Panther’s website.

For investors, the proposed Canadian listing represents a potential expansion of Panther’s access to capital markets, particularly as the company progresses exploration across its Canadian portfolio.

The recent fundraising provides additional financial resources for exploration, while a successful CSE listing could improve the company’s visibility among Canadian institutional and specialist mining investors.

Attention will now turn to the Ontario Securities Commission’s review of the prospectus and the CSE’s listing decision, with Panther seeking to establish a broader investor base to support its longer-term exploration and development strategy.
