Panther Metals plc (LSE: PALM) announces that an investor presentation (the “Presentation”) issued in connection with the proposed listing and IPO of Panther Resources Limited (“Panther Resources”) on the Australian Securities Exchange (the “ASX”) has today been posted to its website at www.panthermetals.co.uk .
No material new information concerning the underlying business of Panther Resources is contained in the Presentation, but the Presentation does contain indicative dates and possible capital structures which may might result were ASX listing and IPO to proceed to completion, which information, of itself, might otherwise constitute inside information relating to the Company for the purposes of UK MAR.
