Panther Metals PLC (LSE:PALM) the company focused on mineral exploration in Canada and Australia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ranko Matic and Daniel Tuffin to the board of Panther Metals Plc 100%-owned subsidiary, Panther Metals Pty. Ltd. in Australia.

Panther Metals Plc would also like to inform shareholders that it has initiated the process to change the status of the 100%-owned Australian subsidiary from a Pty. Ltd. company to a UPC. We expect this process to be completed in the coming weeks.
Ranko Matic
Ranko is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the areas of financial and executive management, accounting, audit, business and corporate advisory.
He is Managing Director of Consilium Corporate Pty Ltd and Non-Executive Director of East Energy Resources Ltd, Argosy Minerals Ltd and Australian Gold and Copper Ltd, Ranko is also CFO of Nathan River Resources Group and ATC Alloys Ltd.
Ranko has considerable experience in a range of industries with particular exposure to public listed companies and large private enterprises. His expertise and exposure in all areas of corporate advisory services, financial reporting and audit, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations makes him a respected addition and resource to Panther Metals Pty. Ltd.
Daniel Tuffin
Daniel has a wealth of experience specific to Panther Metals Pty Ltd. As the founder and Managing Director of successful mining consulting firm, Auralia Mining Consulting, he is a mining engineer with over 20 years experience. Daniel holds degrees in Mining Engineering (BEng) from the University of Ballarat, Mining and Engineering Surveying (BSc) from the Western Australia School of Mines, a Diploma in Project Management, is a Fellow and an accredited Chartered Professional with the AusIMM and a Member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors, having completed their Company Director Course.
He has established many successful companies and projects, from co-founding successful private Kalgoorlie gold mining venture, Rose Dam Resources, to playing pivotal roles in listing companies on the ASX.
He was the founder of Roman Kings, which held the Crawford and Gambier Lass North projects until he vended them into Kingwest Resources (KWR) in 2017 for $3.6M in scrip. He remained with KWR after their float on the ASX, operating in a boots-on-ground COO role in Leonora until KWR shifted focus to its new Menzies project.
