Pantheon Resources plc (“Pantheon” or “the Company”) advises that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will, based on current advice, be held as a virtual closed meeting on Wednesday 24 th January 2022 at 11.00 am GMT.
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0HR on 24th January 2022 at 11.00 am GMT.
The Company advises that the formal business of the AGM and shareholder presentation will be held as separate and individual events, with only the formal business set out in the notice of meeting being considered at the AGM. No shareholder presentation will be given at the AGM as this will be held by webinar, later that day (details below).
Please note that attendance in person will be restricted to allow for appropriate social distancing and other health and safety measures. To enable us to comply with the prevailing UK Government guidance and social distancing guidelines, shareholders who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting in person will be required to pre-register their intention to attend by notifying the Company by email at [email protected] by no later than 11.00 am GMT on 20th January 2022.
In light of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic and with a view to taking appropriate measures to safeguard its Shareholders’ health and make the Annual General Meeting as safe and efficient as possible, Shareholders may not be able to attend the meeting in person. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to vote in respect of their shares by appointing the Chairman of the Company as their proxy . A copy of the proxy form is available to be downloaded from the Shareholder Document section of the Company website at www.pantheonresources.com
Shareholder Presentation
The shareholder presentation and Q&A, which would have taken place at the AGM, will be held as a separate event by Webinar later that same day, at 5.00 pm 24th January 2022. All shareholders and other interested parties are welcome to take part. Specific details on commencement time and how to access the Webinar will be made available in due course.
