Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the international natural resources project developer, announces that Ms Naheed Memon, CEO of Oracle, acquired the entire share capital of Nazario Consultancy Limited, for a consideration of £55,364, the sole asset.
Of which is 17,859,230 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) on 23 September 2021. Accordingly, Ms Memon has effectively paid 0.31 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this acquisition, Ms Memon is beneficially interested in 83,194,791 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.63 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
