Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that further to the release of its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2024 on 29 July 2024, the Company confirms that the notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) is being posted to shareholders today. AGM Arrangements
The Company’s AGM will be held at the officers of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR at 12.00 p.m. on Monday 23 September 2024. Shareholders are encouraged to vote on the resolutions to be put to the AGM by proxy. Instructions on how to lodge a proxy vote are set out in the “Notes” section of the notice of AGM.
