Further to the announcement made earlier today in relation to Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) appearing in the High Court of Gujarat, India (Court), the Company announces that the matter was only partly-heard by the Court and accordingly has been adjourned until 27th September 2018. Further announcements will be made in due course.
Managing Director, Joe Salomon, said: “We are confident that the Company has followed the correct legal process and will continue to fully enforce its rights.”
As a result of this announcement, trading in Oilex’s shares on AIM will resume immediately.
