This means that most branch employees will be offered the chance to move to another branch or part of the company.\n\nNatWest stated that it would contact vulnerable customers to offer support after the announcement.\n\nAlthough some customers may be concerned about the closing of their local branch due to inability or discomfort with online banking, it was clear that “no one is left behind”."}
