# N4 Pharma changes name to Thalia Therapeutics

**N4 Pharma PLC** **(AIM: N4P)** has officially changed its name to **Thalia Therapeutics plc**, effective **March 18, 2026**.

Alongside the rebrand, the company’s ticker on the **London Stock Exchange** has changed from **N4P to THAT**.

The new name reflects the company’s strategic shift toward becoming a **therapeutics-focused biotechnology business**, centred on advancing treatments for cancer and other diseases using its **Nuvec® gene delivery platform**.

The company confirmed that **existing share certificates remain valid**, and the **name change will have no impact on shareholders’ holdings**.

The Company further announces that the change of name has now taken effect following registration at Companies House and will become effective on the London Stock Exchange **tomorrow, 18 March 2026**.

The Company’s TIDM will change from **N4P** to **THAT**. The Company’s LEI (**213800OIN8T68PM7HK77)**, ISIN (**GB00BYW8QM32)** and SEDOL (**BYW8QM3)** will remain unchanged. 

Shareholders should note that their holdings of ordinary shares in the Company will not be affected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained as they remain valid for all purposes and new share certificates will not be issued.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 26, the proxy votes received in relation to the resolution will be made available on the Company’s website, and the Company’s website will be updated from tomorrow at [https://www.thaliatx.com](https://www.thaliatx.com/)
