Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN), the helium, hydrogen, and hydrocarbon exploration, development, and production company, has announced the appointment of Andrew Scott as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Mr. Scott brings significant strategic advisory experience to the board, having worked with a range of LSE and ASX-listed resource companies. He has a strong track record of guiding small and mid-cap firms through complex transactions and growth strategies, often collaborating closely with corporate financiers.
His expertise in market dynamics and stakeholder engagement has been shaped by senior roles at leading advisory firms in both the UK and Australia. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics and currently also serves as a Non-Executive Director at AIM-listed ECR Minerals.
