MOD ‘on a mission’ to become a substantial copper producer in Botswana.
MOD Resources Ltd (LON: MOD)(ASX: MOD) Managing Director Julian Hanna updates shareholders and Proactive London on where the company stands now after a busy period looking to develop their first mine in Botswana.
MOD has completed feasibility on the copper/silver asset in their vast licence holding and revised production figures upwards from initial ‘conservative’ estimates.
Hanna says feasibility metrics are outstanding for this reserve, a large, wide deposit at a shallow depth which means MOD can mine it by an open pit with production levels expected to be at 28,000 tonnes of copper per annum.
