He talks about the Noble International Noble Group (SGX: N21), Uranium and Mkango plans to commence its 2017 100% owned exploration programme in the Thambani licence area during the first quarter.

Noble International Noble Group acquire up to a 12.5% interest in Mkango. Yet behind Noble Group lies the China Investment Corporation (CIC) “Peoples Republic of China” when they unveiled a fully underwritten rights issue in June 2016 that raise $500m with CIC earning itself a second seat on the board of SGX: N21.
