Metals One PLC (LON:MET1) Director/PDMR Shareholding

Metals One (AIM: MET1), which is advancing strategic minerals projects in Finland and Norway, was notified on 16 July 2024 of the following purchases of ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) by both Jonathan Owen, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, and his spouse.

As a result, Mr Owen is interested in a total of 5,399,948 Ordinary Shares (including those held by his spouse), representing approximately 1.64% of the Company’s issued share capital.
