On the eve of the Share Talk investor’s evening in Birmingham(25 November 2016), with the MTR management team in a agreement to attend the show the following day, they released an RNS Possible Offer and Rule 2.9 announcement
The following day Share Talk received a phone call that afternoon to say Metal Tiger would not be attend. You can imagine the panic that followed as we had MTR investors who were travelling to attend from around the country to see the new CEO’s presentation.
Paul Johnson who was the former CEO of the company had just arrived that back in the UK that morning on a flight from the US. Share Talk spoke with him on the phone and he agreed to attend that evening as a private investor and would not represent the company or give a presentation.

The markets opened the following Monday (28th November 2016) with the BMR offer being rejected Rejection of Indicative Offer

Since then (image above) the company has continued updating share holders, market’s. A major management restructure was announced on the 5th December 2016 Directorate Change
