Mendell Helium (AQSE: MDH) Gas Is flowing at the Rost Well

In this exclusive StockBox interview, we speak with Nick Tulloch, CEO of Mendell Helium, directly from the now fully operational Rost Well site.

Nick walks us through the site, showing how the company is successfully dewatering the well, bringing gas to surface, and preparing for helium purification and shipment. With on-site infrastructure including a PSA unit and compressor, Mendell is on track to begin collecting and selling helium in the coming days.

  • Rost Well is producing gas – Dewatering is successful, and gas is now flowing to the surface as planned.
  • Helium purification at 75% – The on-site PSA unit is being commissioned to purify helium for shipment, starting with a 5% mix before ramping up.
  • Collection to begin shortly – While gas is currently vented, compressors are in place, and trailer loading is expected within days.

Nick Tulloch, Chief Executive Officer of Mendell Helium and Chairman of M3 Helium, said: “Our preparations for AIM itself are also proceeding satisfactorily with all documentation well advanced.  We have today extended the date on which our option to acquire M3 Helium must be exercised to 30 November 2025 but this should not be read as a target date for admission to AIM, since the target we have set ourselves is to ensure that all steps for moving to AIM should be completed by the time Rost starts delivering helium to the off-taker and, judged on this metric, we consider that all processes are on track.”
