Management Resource Solutions plc (AIM:MRS) has requested a temporary suspension of trading on AIM of the Company’s shares with immediate effect.
The Company has received an e-mail, after business hours in Australia and from an Australian firm providing insolvency solutions, stating that certain of their officers have been appointed as Voluntary Administrators of five of the Company’s operating subsidiaries pursuant to Section 436C of the Corporations Act 2001.
The directors will, as a matter of urgency, investigate the veracity of the email and its contents and seek to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. A further announcement will be made in accordance with the AIM Rules.
