Further to the announcement on 05 November Kavango Resources plc (LSE: KAV) is pleased to confirm that Mr Brett Grist will join the board of directors on 07 February 2022. Mr Grist will become the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.
There is no information in respect of Brett Grist, which would require disclosure under Listing Rules 9.6.13(1) to 9.6.13(6) inclusive.
