Infrastrata PLC (LON:INFA) Result of Offer & PrimaryBid Offer

InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset life-cycle management, announces the result of the Offer and the PrimaryBid Offer (together, the “Fundraise”).

Details of which were announced on 20 November 2019. The Fundraise has raised a total of £210,209.73 (before expenses) and will result in the issue of 70,069,903 Fundraise Shares.

Application will be made for the Fundraise Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (“Admission”) and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 11 December 2019.

Total Voting Rights

Upon Admission, the Company’s issued share capital will consist of 3,643,401,037 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 3,643,401,037. With effect from Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as in the Company’s announcement on 20 November 2019, unless the context requires otherwise.
