Completion of 6-monthly Review of Corporate Governance Policies

Imara Gold Plc (LON: IGLD), the East African focused gold company, is pleased to announce that the Company has updated its corporate governance policies, committee terms of reference and Board charters in accordance with best practice and Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Code.

Further to the Company’s announcement of 25 November 2025, the Board of Directors has completed the 6-monthly review of its corporate policies and Board charters that were previously approved on 30th April 2025. These updated policies, the committee terms of reference and Board charters, as well as the findings of the corporate governance review completed earlier this year are available on the Company’s website.

The Board of Directors has implemented corporate governance practices in accordance with best practice and the Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Code and remain focused on continuing to strengthen the Company’s governance structures and ensuring that Imara Gold maintains full compliance with applicable regulations.
