Iconic Labs Plc (LSE:ICON), a multi-divisional new media and technology business, is pleased to announce that it has created a 50/50 joint venture marketing services company with Bacchus Creative Entertainment (“Bacchus”) called Coalition Media Limited (“Coalition”).
Coalition has been established to utilise the industry leading expertise of the Iconic Labs team in understanding social media, digital content production and access to media platforms like GSN to assist clients of Bacchus. The Iconic Labs team will also utilise the expertise and contacts of the Bacchus team in creating music, managing events and procuring celebrity talent for potential clients of Iconic Labs.
Bacchus Creative Entertainment has expertise in music creation and supervision, strategic partnerships, celebrity procurement and event management. It has previously worked with clients including Jack Daniel’s, Lotus F1 and Dior, and has worked with celebrities such as Kate Moss, Daft Punk and Emily Ratajkowski.
Under the terms of the agreement, Coalition’s new board will include John Quinlan, Sam Asante and Liam Harrington from Iconic Labs and Damon Bryant and Edward Hoyland from Bacchus. The Joint Venture requires no financial investment from either party. Bacchus was previously introduced to Iconic Labs by David Sefton who helped facilitate the creation of the joint venture.
