Helium One Global Ltd (AIM: HE1, OTCQB: HLOGF) has announced a series of alterations to its board, involving the induction of Graham Jacobs as the financial and commercial director.
Jacobs has closely collaborated with Lorna Blaisse and the rest of the Helium One team since January 2022 on commercial and contract-related matters, playing a pivotal role in the recent acquisition of the company’s drilling rig, the company shared in a statement.
Robin Birchall has chosen to resign from his role as a non-executive director immediately to cater to other obligations, it was further noted.
Russel Swarts, who currently holds the position of finance director, will also step down from his executive role immediately but will continue to serve as a non-executive director of the company.
The chairman of Helium One, James Smith, expressed his pleasure at having Graham join the team full-time in the role of financial and commercial director. “Graham is a familiar figure to the team, having made a substantial contribution to the Company’s ongoing operational activities over the past year.
I am confident he will prove to be an immense asset to the team during the company’s upcoming development phase, as well as in the lead-up to the spudding of Tai-C in September,” he said.
