The Applicant for Judicial Review (No Gas Caverns Limited and Friends of the Earth Limited) recently made the Application in an attempt to strike out certain evidence provided by the Department for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), as well as to seek disclosure of certain information held by DAERA.\n\nThis Application was heard by the Court on 23 March 2023 and the Company welcomes the Court’s dismissal of the Application in its judgment which was passed down on 31 March 2023.\n\nThe full hearing of the application for the Judicial Review will be heard on the scheduled dates.
