Hamak Strategy Ltd (LON: HAMA, OTCQB: HASTF) has reported further high-grade reverse circulation drilling results from the Akoko oxide gold project in southwest Ghana.

The company, which combines advanced gold exploration in West Africa with a digital asset treasury management strategy, said the latest results came from six holes totalling 234 metres at the Akoko South licence area.
The standout result came from hole 2026-061, which returned 4 metres grading 6.46 grams per tonne gold from 32 metres, including 1 metre at 20.03 grams per tonne gold from 33 metres.
Hamak said the high-grade intersection came from a shallow sulphide zone, suggesting potential for a deeper primary gold system below the near-surface oxide mineralisation.
Other shallow oxide intersections included 28 metres at 0.66 grams per tonne gold from surface in hole 2026-062, 11 metres at 0.73 grams per tonne gold from surface in hole 2026-063A, and 17 metres at 0.51 grams per tonne gold from surface in hole 2026-063B.
The latest results complement historical drilling at Akoko South, which included intersections such as 43 metres at 1.40 grams per tonne gold, 15 metres at 8.82 grams per tonne gold, 61 metres at 1.03 grams per tonne gold and 7 metres at 8.99 grams per tonne gold.
Chief executive and executive director Karl Smithson said the latest assays from Akoko South showed the same encouraging pattern of near-surface oxide gold mineralisation previously drilled at Akoko North.
He added that the new high-grade sulphide result points to the potential for a deeper primary gold system at Akoko.
Drilling at Akoko South has been paused because of heavy seasonal rains, which have made access to the remaining planned holes increasingly difficult. Hamak said the programme will resume when drier conditions return.
The company has now completed 46 holes for 2,514 metres across Akoko. These results, together with historical drilling, will be used to compile a maiden industry-compliant oxide gold mineral resource estimate.
Hamak said it now has sufficient drilling data for an independent mineral resource estimate to be prepared, with results to be announced when available.
