Fulcrum Metals plc (AIM: FMET) has appointed Natasha Dixon as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect, strengthening its board as it advances its cyanide-free metal recovery strategy.
Dixon brings extensive capital markets experience, particularly in Canada, with a track record spanning company listings, fundraising and growth. She was part of the launch team at the Canadian Securities Exchange and has since worked closely with resource companies on financing and investor engagement.
Her previous roles include chairing 5SD Capital, which built a mineral exploration portfolio later acquired by Pelangio Exploration Inc., and serving as director of external relations at Pelangio post-acquisition. She also co-founded Mink Ventures Corporation, leading it through its listing and transition to the TSX Venture Exchange.
Dixon has also held a directorship at Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. during its C$45 million acquisition by IAMGOLD Corporation in 2024.
Chief executive Ryan Mee said her expertise across capital markets, M&A and the natural resources sector would support Fulcrum’s next phase of growth.
Dixon said she was “delighted” to join the company, highlighting the potential of its clean, cyanide-free technology to unlock value from legacy mine waste while delivering environmental benefits.
