According to reports, Daniel Friedberg, FTX’s former top attorney, has cooperated with US prosecutors in their investigation into the collapse of the crypto firms.
This puts more pressure on Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of Crypto-Exchange. He was already facing criminal fraud charges after the collapse.

Sources told Reuters that Mr Friedberg provided details on FTX during a meeting with 22 investigators on November 22.
According to reports, the meeting was held at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. It included officials from the Justice Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation as well as the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
He told the prosecutors all he knew about Mr Bankman-Fried using customer funds to finance his business empire during the meeting.
According to a source, Friedberg recounted conversations with other executives about the topic and gave details on how Mr Bankman Fried’s hedge fund Alameda Research worked.
This week, Mr Bankman-Fried pleaded not guilty in Manhattan to fraud charges.
