First Class Metals (LON:FCM) Notice of Annual General Meeting

First Class Metals Plc (LSE: FCM), the UK metals exploration company seeking large scale metal discoveries across its extensive Ontario land holding, announces that its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 9 June 2025 at Manor Court Offices, Salesbury Road, Ribchester, Preston PX3 3XR.

The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today. A copy of the Notice of AGM will shortly be available on the Company’s website at www.firstclassmetalsplc.com  

You can register your vote(s) for the AGM either:

1.    by logging on to www.shareregistrars.uk.com, clicking on the “Proxy Vote” button and then following the on- screen instructions; or,

2.    by post or by hand to Share Registrars Limited, 3 The Millennium Centre, Crosby Way, Farnham, Surrey GU9 7XX using the proxy form accompanying the notice; or,

3.    in the case of CREST members, by utilising the CREST electronic proxy appointment service.

In order for a proxy appointment to be valid the proxy must be received by Share Registrars Limited by 10:00 am on 5 June 2025.
