# First Class Metals Applies for US OTCID Quotation

**First Class Metals PLC (LON: FCM)** has submitted an application to have its shares quoted on the **OTCID market in the United States**, aiming to improve access for North American investors.

The Ontario-focused gold and critical metals explorer said the process is expected to take around **six to eight weeks**, subject to approval by OTC Markets Group.

FCM believes the additional quotation will increase visibility in the US and make it easier for American investors to trade its shares, while its primary listing will remain on the **London Stock Exchange under ticker FCM**.

Executive Chairman **James Knowles** said recent investor interest following the company’s strategic corporate activity had highlighted the value of broadening access to its shares in North America.

He added that, given First Class Metals’ portfolio of gold and critical metals projects in Ontario, an OTCID quotation represents a logical step in expanding the company’s investor reach.
