The company has completed a drone-based LiDAR survey across the project area, with data analysis now underway. Management believes the survey could significantly enhance understanding of historical drainage systems and palaeochannels, helping identify additional alluvial gold targets and optimise future mine planning. The survey follows the identification of higher-grade gold-bearing gullies during initial mining operations, areas that are considered potential traps for alluvial gold deposits. **Highlights** •      Drone Lidar survey completed across the Raglan Project area, with data analysis and interpretation now underway to support mine planning, identify additional palaeochannel targets and seeking to enhance future production activities •        Independent alluvial gold specialist with more than 30 years’ industry experience engaged to review mining and processing operations at Raglan •         Plant optimisation programme now in place to enhance gold recovery and operational efficiency •     Recruitment process underway for a consulting geologist to support exploration, development and production activities across ECR’s wider Queensland gold portfolio •          Further operational updates expected as optimisation activities progress To further improve operations, ECR engaged an independent alluvial gold specialist with more than 30 years of industry experience to conduct a detailed review of mining and processing activities at Raglan. The review identified several opportunities to improve plant performance and gold recovery, including enhancements to gravity recovery systems, water management processes, jig efficiency and overall plant calibration. The company believes these changes have the potential to materially improve recovery rates and operational consistency. The assessment also highlighted priority mining areas within the existing Phase 1 mining plan, with activities now being focused on sections of the historical river channel system considered most prospective for gold accumulation. As part of its wider Queensland growth strategy, ECR has also begun recruiting a consulting geologist to support exploration, development and production activities across its expanding portfolio, which includes Raglan, Blue Mountain, Lolworth and Maddens, alongside assets acquired through the recent Paleogold transaction. Chairman Nick Tulloch said the company has gained valuable operational experience since acquiring Raglan and now has a much clearer understanding of both the processing plant and the alluvial system. He noted that alluvial mining success is heavily influenced by mining the right material and optimising plant settings, with relatively small operational changes capable of delivering significant improvements in gold recovery. Management believes the combination of the independent review, operational optimisation programme and LiDAR survey has strengthened confidence in the project’s long-term potential and provided a clearer pathway towards achieving consistent gold production.
