With the Blue Mountain Project advancing towards potential commercial production and, subject to further sampling and testing across the project area, the Blue Mountain Project is expected to be ECR’s first revenue-generating asset. Mr Whitlow’s continued involvement with the Company will be invaluable as ECR integrates new projects into its portfolio of operations.\n\nAs ECR expands its operations, the Company plans to strengthen its management team with additional experienced professionals in the coming months.\n\n**Nick Tulloch, Chairman of ECR, commented:** ”I extend my heartfelt thanks to Mike Whitlow for his transformative contributions, first as Chief Operating Officer and later as Managing Director. Since joining in September 2023, Mike has been instrumental in turning ECR around from a challenging position to a company with a robust portfolio of high-potential natural resource opportunities, particularly at the Blue Mountain Project. His leadership in revitalising our investor relations has been pivotal, and we’re delighted that he will continue to support us, both in a consulting capacity and as a significant shareholder.”\n\nFOR FURTHER INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT:\n\nECR Minerals Plc\n\nTel: +44 (0) 20 8080 8176\n\nNick Tulloch, Chairman\n\nAndrew Scott, Director\n\n[info@ecrminerals.com](mailto:info@ecrminerals.com)\n\nWebsite: [www.ecrminerals.com](http://www.ecrminerals.com)"}
