Defence Holdings PLC (LON: ALRT) reported no revenue for the year ended 31 March 2026, reflecting a pre-revenue investment period focused on strategic transformation, product development and building operational capability.
Revenue was £nil, compared with £4.33 million during the previous 18-month reporting period. The operating loss widened to £4.56 million from £2.97 million, while cash and cash equivalents at the year-end stood at £0.88 million.
During the year, the company formed a strategic partnership with Whitespace, launched three proprietary products and established the Defence Holdings Accelerator to support the development and commercialisation of defence-related technologies.
Following the year-end, Defence Holdings secured its first revenue-generating contract with the UK Ministry of Defence, worth approximately £226,000.
The company also raised £4 million through a placing and subscription after the reporting period. The additional funding has strengthened its balance sheet and resolved the going-concern uncertainties highlighted before the fundraising.
