[Defence Holdings PLC (LON: ALRT)](https://www.investegate.co.uk/announcement/prn/defence-holdings-plc--alrt/annual-results/9690280) reported no revenue for the year ended **31 March 2026**, reflecting a pre-revenue investment period focused on strategic transformation, product development and building operational capability.

Revenue was **£nil**, compared with **£4.33 million** during the previous 18-month reporting period. The operating loss widened to **£4.56 million** from **£2.97 million**, while cash and cash equivalents at the year-end stood at **£0.88 million**.

During the year, the company formed a strategic partnership with **Whitespace**, launched three proprietary products and established the **Defence Holdings Accelerator** to support the development and commercialisation of defence-related technologies.

Following the year-end, Defence Holdings secured its first revenue-generating contract with the **UK Ministry of Defence**, worth approximately **£226,000**.

The company also raised **£4 million** through a placing and subscription after the reporting period. The additional funding has strengthened its balance sheet and resolved the going-concern uncertainties highlighted before the fundraising.
