The group saw a 23.1% growth in total sales, with store sales up 26%, amounting to £16.4 million. Ireland store sales rose by 36%, contributing £11 million, while other stores achieved a 6.7% growth, totalling £5.1 million.
Cooks Coffee opened ten stores and plans to open at least ten more by year-end, possibly more.
Each store adds approximately £20,000 to the company’s top line, a conse
rvative yet impactful contribution. Aiden expressed confidence in the upcoming half-year financial results, which will be released in November. This period will mark a record-breaking period for the company.
