Caracal Gold plc, the expanding East African gold producer with over 1,300,000oz JORC-compliant gold resources, announces that Mr Simon Games Thomas has stepped down from his position as Non-Executive Chairman, effective immediately.
A replacement Chairman will be appointed in due course, with Caracal in advanced discussions with a potential candidate.
A combined Q3 and Q4 operational update will be provided as an H1 update in conjunction with the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held at 10:00am on Monday 23 January 2023 at VSA Capital Limited, Park House, 16-18 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EB.
