Bradda Head Lithium Ltd (AIM: BHL) has commenced an infill exploration drilling programme at its Whistlejacket Lithium Pegmatite Project in Arizona.
The campaign is designed to test and expand priority lithium-bearing pegmatite targets, combining historical drilling data with Bradda Head’s recent geological mapping, surface sampling and high-grade lithium assay results.
The programme will focus on establishing the scale, continuity and grade potential of mineralisation across Whistlejacket and is intended to move the project closer to a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate.
Whistlejacket is subject to Bradda Head’s Option to Joint Venture agreement with Kennecott Exploration Company, providing a strategic framework for advancing the asset.
Ian Stalker, Executive Chairman of Bradda Head, commented:
“We are pleased to commence drilling at Whistlejacket, marking an important step in advancing the Project. The programme targets priority lithium-bearing pegmatites identified through extensive mapping, sampling and historical drilling, with the objective of demonstrating further scale and continuity of mineralisation across Whistlejacket and move towards a Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate.”
