BlackRock, Inc. has notified Greatland Resources Limited that it has crossed a major shareholding threshold as of 24 February 2026.

Following the change, BlackRock now holds **5.52% of the company’s voting rights**, up slightly from its previous 5.50% position. The total interest comprises:
