BigDish PLC (DISH.L) Operational Update

BigDish Plc (LON: DISH), a food technology platform for restaurants, is pleased to announce an operational update.

Highlights:

• Several major restaurant chains to join the BigDish platform with a combined 1,250 sites

• BigDish-to-GO to launch in beta

• Restaurant retention and new restaurant acquisition gathers pace

On 22 July 2020, the Company announced that Pizza Hut agreed to join BigDish in order to amplify their participation in the government’s Eat Out To Help Out initiative which commences on 3 August 2020.

In addition to Pizza Hut, a number of other restaurant groups have agreed to join BigDish. These include Mitchells & Butlers, Patisserie Valerie and Bakers & Baristas which alongside Pizza Hut represent over 1,250 new venues. The Company expects more restaurant groups to join the platform.

BigDish-to-GO will launch in beta towards the end of next week, and restaurants will progressively go live on the BigDish platform. Of the initial 200 restaurants in the beta launch, about half of these restaurants have their own delivery capability. The Company expects to announce in August its first last-mile delivery partner integration that will extend the reach of BigDish-to-GO to more restaurant partners. With the growth of off-premise dining, BigDish expects that BigDish-to-GO as a Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) model will continue to be well received and as such will continue to increase both the functionality and reach of the service.

First released July 9, 2020

The Manchester team is progressively reactivating current restaurant partners as they reopen and Wildwood and Dim t have both returned to the platform.
