Bezant said recovered ore volumes have exceeded projections due to additional material recorded in its Mineral Inventory but not currently included in the Mineral Resource.\n\nMine-site camp construction and installation of surface infrastructure are both approximately **75% complete**, while the full Unitrans mining and haulage fleets have been delivered.\n\nAt the Tsoaxaub plant, the C1 Civils and Structural Completion Certificate has been received, confirming completion of major structural steelwork and civil works. The C2 Mechanical Completion Certificate is scheduled for September.\n\nElectrical drives and instrumentation are around 90% complete, flotation equipment has been refurbished and reinstalled, the cone crusher and new surge tank are in place and initial processing reagents have been delivered. The assay laboratory is already operational.\n\nThe project’s ore sorter is currently clearing customs and is expected to arrive on site shortly, while concentrate haulage trucks have also been delivered.\n\nAlongside commissioning, Bezant has accelerated a review of its **Phase II expansion plans** after identifying the potential to incorporate additional lower-grade mineralisation into the development.\n\nManagement is examining a higher mass-pull strategy for the ore sorter which could improve overall copper recovery and reduce metal losses, although this would result in a lower-grade pre-concentrate.\n\nBased on the current Mineral Inventory, existing JORC 2012 Mineral Resource, processing capacity and the higher mass-pull scenario under consideration, management believes Hope & Gorob could potentially support an estimated **35-year life of mine**.\n\nBezant stressed that it has not yet published a revised economic model incorporating the expanded mine-life scenario, which remains subject to technical, environmental and economic assessments.\n\n**Colin Bird Executive Chairman of Bezant commented:* ****“The above summarises the excellent progress made by the team who have developed their own internal aggressive targets towards full commissioning.
