Further to the Company’s announcement on 21 June 2024, Baron Oil (AIM: BOIL), announces that its change of name to Sunda Energy Plc has become effective at Companies House and a Certificate of Incorporation on the change of name has been issued.
The Company’s new details have been registered with the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company’s ordinary shares on AIM under the new Sunda Energy Plc name and the new TIDM of ‘SNDA’ is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. today, 5 July 2024. The Company’s ISIN (GB00B01QGH57) and SEDOL (B01QGH5) will remain unchanged.
In order to reflect its new name, the Company’s website address (including the information required by AIM Rule 26) has been changed to https://www.sundaenergy.com. In addition, a new Company presentation has been uploaded to the website.
Shareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates to be issued will bear the new name, Sunda Energy Plc.
