Coindesk reports that the non-fungible token of Jack Dorsey’s first tweet was sold to Sina Estavi for $2.9million last year. However, it did not attract much interest when it was put up for resale.
Seven offers were received for the NFT auction, ranging in price from 0.0019 Ether up to 0.09ETH (roughly $6 to $280). This is a far cry from the $48 million that the owner wanted.
Estavi has just two days to accept the offer or it will be cancelled. He shared his thoughts with Coindesk via WhatsApp: “The deadline that I set was passed, but if there is a good offer, it might be accepted. I might never sell it.”
