**Asiamet Resources Limited** (“Asiamet” or the “Company”) was notified on 30 November 2022 that Darryn McClelland, Chief Executive Officer purchased 3,500,000 common shares of par value US$0.01 each (“Common Shares”) at 1.20p per share in the Company.

This share purchase is Darryn McClelland’s first open market purchases since his appointment on 13 June 2022.

Darryn McClelland, Chief Executive Officer commented:

“Since joining the Company just over five months ago, I have been very impressed with the quality of the people and the portfolio of assets held by Asiamet. Both the BKM copper project and Beutong projects are ideally positioned to enable the energy transition in Asia.”

The details of the purchase are disclosed below. The information communicated in this announcement is inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 596/2014.
