In this StockBox interview, Arc Minerals (AIM: ARK) CEO Rory Harding discusses a significant new zinc-lead discovery at the Stonepark Project in County Limerick, Ireland.
Drilling intersected 2.8 metres grading 8.3% zinc and lead, including a high-grade interval of 1.0 metre at 21.7% zinc and lead. The mineralisation was discovered in previously untested ground, approximately 550 metres beyond the existing Stonepark resource, substantially improving the potential for future resource growth.
The result has been described as the most significant drilling progress at Stonepark since Group Eleven assumed operatorship in 2017. Further drilling is planned, while assays are also pending from deeper sections of the hole targeting potential copper-silver mineralisation.
