Arc is pleased to announce that it will host a shareholder webinar and Q&A via Zoom video conferencing at 10:00 am UK time on Friday, 25 February 2022.

The call will be hosted by Nick von Schirnding, Executive Chairman, with Rémy Welschinger, Finance Director and Vassilios Carellas, Chief Operating Officer, who will update shareholders and answer questions, which shareholders are invited to submit in advance of the call via email to[info@arcminerals.com](mailto:info@arcminerals.com).
