Angus Energy plc (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to provide the following update on its proposed planning application with West Sussex County Council for operations and advise further on associated community liaison at Balcombe.
The Company has been advised that the application is now likely to be heard before the 24th March Planning Committee Meeting to allow the planning officer to complete their report and make their recommendation having received responses from all consultees.
We take the opportunity to note that we have updated our Community Liaison Investor Relations Q&A board to take into account some of the further detailed queries on our application and the Hydrogeological Risk Assessment by Balcombe Parish Council and other resident’s groups.
